“Who is COSE TDS, some may ask? Well, I will begin by saying that we all crave some type of attention or another. This is one of my beliefs. I began creating art at a very young age. Due to my dad introducing me to my first sketch pad, my dad was a great influence on me. Once I began emulating my dad as far as sketching was concerned I became addicted to drawing. It became a great outlet for me to release all of the energy in my young body. This was in public school, shortly thereafter l became a graffiti artist. I went to Manhattan vocational technical high school where I began meeting other graffiti artists. In fact, it was a kid from my neighborhood BEO ROC who took me to write graffiti on trains for the first time. I felt a great adrenaline rush going to the layups and train yards. Getting chased by the infamous detectives “ hicky and ski “of the “vandal squad “ back in the early 1980s. I eventually got caught by hicky and ski in the year 1983 and was branded by the “Daily News “as one of the most prolific graffiti artists in New York City. My fifteen seconds of Fame had finally arrived. Today I create art on canvas and continue to release bottled up energy one canvas at a time. My artwork comes from many different influences, reading books is one as well as my life’s experiences, I am a work in progress and I will continue to evolve.”
